A Philadelphia resident for two decades, Jenifer Cessna is an outstanding resource for buyers and sellers seeking astute market knowledge and an in-depth understanding of construction and design. She began her real estate career working alongside her builder/investor husband, and she possesses the unique ability to spot opportunity and visualize each home's potential. Jenifer thrives on sharing her hard-earned know-how with clients and ushering them to their specific real estate goals.

Jenifer is a native Pennsylvanian who hails from Dunmore, outside of Scranton. Prior to real estate, she was a second-grade teacher, a career she credits with forming her outstanding communication skills and endless patience. Today, she's a proud member of the Adams Group — a leading Philadelphia 5-Star Realtor award recipient with more than $350 million in annual sales volume.

With her extensive hands-on flipping and construction experience, Jenifer specializes in serving investor clients, especially in the Roxborough-Manayunk area, where she and her family reside. When she's not working hard pursuing her clients' needs, she can be found spending time with her husband and three children.
